At Group level, Loren and Graeme bring complementary commercial and technology leadership to that shared ambition. Together with our MDs across Africa, they help shape an organisation that stays entrepreneurial, responsive and close to its clients while giving every market the strength of a wider regional business behind it.
Meet Loren Bosch | Group COO
With nearly three decades of experience in the ICT industry across Africa, Loren brings deep commercial insight, leadership experience and a strong understanding of the markets in which Echo operates. His career has taken him across South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Mozambique, giving him a broad perspective on how technology and business needs differ across the continent.
Passionate about people and client experience, Loren believes technology should be an enabler of clear business outcomes rather than complexity for its own sake. He is known for challenging established ways of working, driving the adoption of new technologies and developing better commercial models when the status quo no longer serves the business or its clients.
Away from work, Loren is a self-confessed petrolhead with a love of classic and vintage cars as well as motorcycles and very good coffee. His personal philosophy says it best: "Life's too short for bad coffee and practical cars."

Meet Graeme O'Driscoll | Group CIO & CTO
Graeme is a technology leader with deep experience across telecommunications, internet services, software development and digital transformation. He has built and led high-performing technical teams, architected complex technology environments and helped organisations turn ambitious ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
A natural problem-solver, Graeme brings together technical depth, commercial thinking and a genuine curiosity about how things can work better. His experience spans cloud transformation, software and product development, network architecture, vendor strategy and presales, always with a focus on technology that delivers meaningful business outcomes.
Collaborative, quick-thinking and rarely short of an opinion or a good idea, Graeme is as comfortable working through a complex technical challenge as he is building relationships with clients, partners and teams. He is also proof that exceptional technology leadership does not require sensible T-shirts.
